I found putting these puzzle’s together relaxing as well as therapeutic. More importantly, the process of solving puzzles has helped me to gain clarity about life in general.
To be able to put a jigsaw puzzle together, you have to focus on the fine details of the puzzle to decide on where the pieces would fit. You also have to look at the big picture to decide where you want to focus your energy on. I usually start off by putting the border together, then focus on one detailed area at a time. The same strategy applies in life. Focusing on one area in your life at a time helps not to lose sight on your overall vision and goals.
Life is a journey. Any new task may seem overwhelming at first but as you work through each part of the puzzle, it does get easier. In life as you face each new challenge, you will learn and gain experience and hopefully be able to take on the next challenge with more wisdom and grit.
Tryout putting a jigsaw puzzle together! It may help you gain more clarity in your life too.🥰

This…was a struggle! I literally left my blood, sweat 😅, and tears 😭 on this canvas piece. 
I wept, prayed, and bended the ear of a good friend during the entire process of creating this self-portrait!
It has been a desperate attempt by myself at learning how to paint realistic skin tones, which consist of hues, shading, highlighting and under tones. I decided 2022 was the year that I no longer was going to attempt but instead “Do it!” What better subject to start with other than myself. Not only did I do it, but I accomplished a long time goal I still have some areas to work on, but I built a foundation and for that reason alone I am pretty damn proud of myself
Being a professional portrait painter WILL NOT be added to my artistic portfolio because for now I’m just doing this in my spare time in order to grow my skills as an artist. “Being My Best Possible Self!”

Sooo….I spent most of my time yesterday creating a paper banner for my Pop up shop event on Saturday. I ordered one like 2 weeks ago, but idk if will get here in time🤷🏾‍♀️ Today is Wednesday, the mail has come and it hasn’t arrived yet. Checked the tracking info and found out that it’s coming from the Philippines!!!🇵🇭 😨Had I paid attention when ordering I would’ve realized this major fact and ordered from someone else in the States. I really need to learn to read the fine print. Oh well…I’ll blame it on working under pressure and excitement 😂
When life gives you lemons grab your tequila and salt. It all good😉

This organization’s programs give kids the opportunity to enjoy outdoor summer adventures through sleepaway camp and visits with host families. I was 5yrs old when I started the program and participated for 11yrs (age 16) I had a whole other family for 2 weeks during the Summer! Such fun memories!🥰
Just recently I went to visit my host family and although Us Kids and their parents have grown older in age and Us Kids have extended families of our own we bonded like it was yesterday! Just goes to show you that Father Time doesn’t exist in terms of true friendships. True friends never apart, maybe in distance, but never in heart ~ Helen Keller💖

Deborah Fields-Proctor and I bonded on Juneteenth 2020 after someone made a distasteful comment on her BLM art piece and I invited her to join an art platform where the people weren’t rude and disrespectful. We have been chatting it up via phone and text ever since. 😊
Today we finally had a chance to meet in person! I had a wonderful time. Deb is a beautiful spirit, a wonderful artist, down to earth, and has a no nonsense attitude. And, loves to SHOP and eat like me🥰 Can’t wait to meet up again. Today was good…I feel blessed 🙏🏾💞😇
